People don’t want to move their body or give trouble to them selves by moving their limbs. Technology is providing too much comfort and because of which we are losing the importance of keeping fit. Earlier, when the science and technology were not the buzz words, men and women had to work hard physically to make their ends meet. They need to travel long distances just for a pot of clean water. That ways all their body part had a movement and there was no question of any life style driven disease.
Our body is meant to move
Move your body as much as you can so that all your muscles are flexible. Physical activity burns extra fat from your body and make you tough and strong. Dance, swim, aerobics, sports there are so many ways to keep yourself fit and healthy. All you need to do is to make up your mind and find your forte.
But if you choose to keep a sedentary lifestyle then it won’t be possible to protect yourself from lifestyle driven diseases like diabetes, blood pressure, related issues, cancer and obesity.

But it keeps on damaging your internal organs slowly. Your heart has to work harder to pump blood. High blood pressure makes your arteries and veins hard. It can even lead to heart attack. Headache, blurred vision, dizziness and shortness of breath are the high blood pressure signs.
